Briley Walsh plays a key role in supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep COS running smoothly. She thrives in the details and loves knowing that her work helps push the entire team forward. Whether it’s tackling internal processes or helping with big milestones like the office move to Leawood, Briley brings consistency and heart to everything she does. One of her proudest moments was helping get the COS sign up on the front of the building, a small but powerful symbol of the team’s growth and presence.

Briley was born in Osawatomie, Kansas, has lived in Lee’s Summit, and now calls Overland Park home. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Emporia State and continues to stay engaged with her community through local organizations like KCEA and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Supporting others, whether in the office or outside of it, has always been part of her nature.
Outside of work, Briley enjoys needlepoint, reading, cooking new recipes, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She’s also a big fan of reality TV for some well-earned downtime. Her mix of thoughtfulness, quiet hustle, and attention to detail is a big part of COS’s culture.
