Scott Chase.

Scott Chase lives in Bates City, MO and brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources to his role at Chief of Staff. He is excited to utilize those experiences to help organizations support their operations and employees as an HR Consultant. Scott is driven by a desire to help businesses remove barriers so their teams can achieve success, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance. He is especially proud of being named a LEAD Award Finalist with Missouri State SHRM and having served as Chapter President of SHRM-KC in 2025.

Scott was born in Hinsdale, Illinois, and moved with his family to Buffalo, NY before he turned one. Throughout his childhood and teenage years, he lived in multiple communities across Missouri. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Mass Communication from Baker University in Baldwin City, KS. Scott is deeply involved in the HR community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for SHRM of Greater Kansas City after previously serving as Chapter President. He also joined the Missouri State SHRM Board in 2025 and will serve as a District Director in 2026. In addition, Scott is a member of the Truman Heartland Community Foundation Advisory Board and serves on the Community Grants Committee.

Outside of the office, Scott is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending and playing sports and loves to travel. He also enjoys working with his family on their homestead. At work, Scott brings a steady, people-focused approach to helping organizations support their employees and build environments where teams can  succeed.
