Morgan Kastelan brings positivity, drive, and a relationship-first mindset to her role at Chief of Staff. What motivates her most is knowing the work she’s doing makes a real difference, connecting people with opportunities and supporting companies that shape the Kansas City community. She’s passionate about building trust, helping professionals in the Kansas City area, forming genuine connections, and working for a company that doesn’t just talk about values but lives them. For Morgan, being surrounded by a team that’s thoughtful, driven, and people-focused makes all the difference.

Morgan has spent most of her life in Kansas City, with a short stint in Pittsburg, Kansas while attending Pittsburg State University (Go ‘Rillas!). After graduating a full year early, thanks to a heavy course load and a lot of determination, she returned to KC to kickstart her career. She now serves as the Professional Development Events Lead on the Board of Directors for KC Ad Club, where she helps create space for local creatives and marketers to connect and grow. Being part of a collaborative, ambitious group outside of work gives her even more fuel for what she does every day at COS.
Outside of the office, Morgan is always making the most of her time. she loves reading good books, hosting dinner with friends, or hitting her favorite thrift spots. She’s big on long walks, happy hours, and quality time with family.
