Jake is Iowa born and now lives in Lenexa, KS. He is an accomplished recruiter fueled by the combination of utilizing his results-focused mentality to fill client needs while also helping people into roles that will help them meet their professional goals. One of Jake’s proudest professional accomplishments is earning his MBA while working full time in the staffing world and maintaining his status as a top producer.

Jake was born and raised in Webster City, IA, before attending college at the University of Iowa. He later earned his MBA from UMKC. After beginning his professional career in Des Moines, Jake moved to Kansas City in 2015, where he continues to build his career. He enjoys spending his volunteer time helping veterans or children whenever he can.
Outside of the office, Jake is a fan of all things sports-related, with football being a particular passion- go Minnesota Vikings! He also enjoys working toward personal fitness goals and spending time outdoors, whether that means hiking or simply unplugging and recharging outside. At work, Jake brings that same focus and energy to his role, staying driven by results while taking a thoughtful, people-first approach to helping clients and candidates achieve their goals.
