Originally from Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Erica graduated from Missouri State University before briefly trading the Midwest for Naples, Florida. It didn’t take long for her to realize that Kansas City was truly home, and she now lives in Leawood. She’s built her career here and is proud to be part of a business community that values connection, collaboration, and heart. Whether working closely with clients or getting to know a candidate’s “why,” Erica leads with curiosity and conviction.
Outside of work, life for Erica is full and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Erica juggles the busy, beautiful chaos of raising two kids, squeezing in workouts when she can, and saying yes to concerts, weekend travel, and a great happy hour. She’s also a real estate enthusiast who finds joy in the rhythm of home tours and market trends. “One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of is becoming a mom. It completely shifted my perspective—not just personally, but professionally. Motherhood has taught me patience, resilience, and how to juggle priorities (even when things get chaotic). It has sharpened my ability to listen and connect with others. It’s not just about managing time better; it’s about showing up fully—being present, intentional, and values-driven. Erica also loves to travel. You can easily find her at any beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her kids and family. She also enjoys concerts, long walks, spend as much time as she can in Naples, Florida visiting her parents.
