Erica was born and raised in Lee’s Summit. Erica graduated with a double major in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising from Missouri State University. She spent a summer living in New York City and Naples, Fl before settling into her career in KC where she has lived most of her life.
Erica loves meeting new people, networking and helping others. Erica believes that at the end of the day, it’s a small world and there is always a way to connect the dots and build strong relationships. She enjoys learning about new companies and what drives their revenue, projects they have or technologies they are implementing and why.

Erica loves to travel. You can easily find her at any beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her kids and family. She also enjoys concerts, long walks, spend as much time as she can in Naples, Florida visiting her parents. Her interests include real estate investing, home projects and interior design, and binge-watching thriller mini-series.
