Coley Scott brings energy, curiosity, and heart to her role at COS. She loves working with job seekers and finds it incredibly meaningful to help people land opportunities that align with their goals. Coley is driven by the impact recruiting can have on someone’s career journey and she never takes that for granted. She also thrives in a collaborative environment and feels grateful to be part of a team that’s supportive, motivated, and fun to show up for every day. One of her proudest moments was helping a client rethink what they really needed in an HR hire and placing the right person for the long term.

Originally from the North Shore suburbs of Chicago, Coley has lived in Wisconsin, Lawrence, and now Kansas City, which she proudly calls home. She’s a University of Kansas grad (Rock Chalk!) and now gives back locally as a committee member for the Leawood Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group. She’s passionate about creating real connections, getting involved in the KC community, and learning about the amazing businesses that make the region thrive.
When she’s off the clock, Coley loves a good Hot Sculpt class, exploring new restaurants around town, and hunting for hidden treasures while thrifting and antiquing. She brings that same curiosity and passion for discovery to her work—always looking to make meaningful connections that last.
