Born in Parsons, KS and proudly rooted in Kansas City, Cari has always felt a deep connection to her community. She serves as Secretary of the Board for Eye of an Immigrant, an organization that focuses on education through storytelling and financial assistance for pathways to citizenship. Whether in her professional role or her community work, Cari leads with empathy and purpose.
When she’s not making connections at COS, you’ll likely find Cari outside digging in the garden, staying active, or soaking up family time with her husband and daughters. She’s a beach bum at heart and tries to spend as many days as possible each year near the ocean. Whether she’s in the office or under the sun, Cari shows up with intention, perspective, and a commitment to building something meaningful.
