Bryce is a Liberty, MO native and seasoned Finance and Accounting recruiter at Chief of Staff KC. Bryce He is passionate about helping companies and candidates grow, whether that means building strong teams or guiding someone into their next big career move. At Chief of Staff, he brings a thoughtful, determined approach to recruiting and is especially skilled at taking on complex searches. One he’s particularly proud of involved finding the perfect match for a nonprofit serving the deaf community, a placement that required a very specific skill set and a deep understanding of the mission. Years later, that candidate is still thriving, and it’s moments like that that remind Bryce why he loves what he does.

Born and raised in Liberty, Missouri, Bryce has spent his entire life in the Northland. He graduated from Liberty North High School and went on to earn his degree from William Jewell College. He’s passionate about giving back to the community he grew up in and stays involved through volunteer work with Don Bosco and by supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters fundraisers. These causes reflect his belief in creating opportunity and connection, both in work and in life.
Outside of the office, Bryce enjoys cheering on Kansas City sports teams, playing pickleball, and exploring the city’s hidden gems. At work, he is always looking to uncover what makes each person or organization unique, and how to help them move forward with confidence.
