Beth Gall.

Beth was born and raised in the Ozarks in Aurora, MO, but has called Kansas City home since 2007. She graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia – M I Z!! – with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business. Beth has spent her career in supporting IT initiatives across multiple industries, but mostly in healthcare, and is passionate about bringing people and solutions together. She is a believer in the SLED (Suck Less Every Day) mentality and loves solving big challenges.

Beth loves fixing problems and believes a lot of challenges businesses have are due to not having the right people on their team.  Or, they may have the right people, but they’re maybe not in the right seat.  OR, the right people may not feel comfortable enough to tell their leadership team they’re not happy.  Beth is passionate about creating a safe space for real discussions around career goals and helping to create a pathway for success.

On a personal note, Beth and her husband, Zac, have two sets of twins (Adeline-11, Mary-11, Scarlett-8, and Harrison-8), along with a standard poodle named Foster.  She loves her 5am gym time, any excuse to get outside, reading, “old lady hobbies” like sewing and crochet, and is an appreciator of art that will make a person smile.

Beth is the President of the Greater Kansas City Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Chapter and has served on the local board since 2018. Additionally, she volunteers as a volleyball coach for her girls’ 2nd and 6th grade rec teams (and proud winner of the Sportsmanship Award for 4 seasons now).
