Bentley Banker.
JUNIOR TALENT SCOUT
Bentley Banker is an Overland Park native bringing a strong work ethic and a strong curiosity about people to her role as Junior Talent Scout at Chief of Staff. In her first full-time position, Bentley is excited to dive into recruiting, get to know clients and candidates, and see how the Kansas City job market works from the inside. She’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that connects great people with great opportunities. Bentley also has a heart for supporting underprivileged children and looks forward to finding ways to volunteer and serve kids in the KC community.
“Great experience to work with them! Very responsive and worked with me closely through the offer and every question I had! Highly recommend!”
– Corey M. (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
Born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, Bentley spent four years in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in marketing in just four years. The fall of her senior year was a true balancing act. She took undergraduate and graduate courses at the same time, worked as a marketing intern in the mornings, and served part-time in the evenings. She finished the year with a 4.0 GPA at the top of her class before returning home to Overland Park, where she lives today.
When she’s not working, Bentley enjoys reading, taking long evening walks, and trying out new Kansas City spots with friends. She’s also a traveler at heart with a big goal in mind: visiting all 50 states. Whether she’s exploring close to home or across the country, Bentley loves discovering somewhere new.
