Casey has been an instrumental figure in the Kansas City recruiting industry since 2006. His years of cultivating meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients alike led to the opportunity for him becoming President and Owner of Chief of Staff KC in 2019.
COS has celebrated tremendous growth since Casey’s arrival, adding multiple lines of service, and has quickly become Kansas City’s go-to recruiting firm. Through authentic and empathetic leadership, Casey is dedicated to positively impacting people’s lives and careers, and the Kansas City community as a whole.

Casey is a KU graduate and is originally from Topeka, but has called Kansas City home for the past two decades. He is well connected throughout the Midwest and loves building personal, lasting relationships equally with candidates and clients.
Immediately prior to joining Chief of Staff, Casey spent a year traveling to 38 states and five Canadian provinces with his wife Cory and daughters Elsie and Isla.
First Job:
As a kid I did a lot of landscaping, baled hay, babysat, worked as an electrician’s apprentice, etc., but I think my first job with a pay stub was making sandwiches at Mr. Goodcents.
Favorite paid holiday:
I would have to say it is a tie between St. Paddy’s Day and the Fourth of July, but Thanksgiving is a close runner-up.
